What we ask for,
and why.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, and phone number, the dishes you chose, the pickup time you picked, and anything you type in the notes. If you choose delivery, we also collect the address you want it brought to.

When you join the menu list: your email address, and nothing else.

When you ask about catering: your name, email, phone, the event date, and how many people you are feeding.

What we do with it

We use it to cook and hand over your food, and to reach you if something about your order needs sorting out. We email you a confirmation with your pickup details.

If you joined the menu list, we email you when a new menu goes up, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and nothing else. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and leaving takes one click.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.

Your card

Card details are entered into a form hosted by Stripe, our payment processor, and go straight to Stripe. They never touch our server and we never see or store your card number.

Stripe keeps its own record of the payment under its privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept as the business record of a sale. Menu list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, except where we have to keep a record of a sale.

Site analytics

This site uses Merx Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Merx Analytics does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not follow you across other websites. It records the pages visited, links and buttons clicked, whether a form was submitted (never what was written in it), the website that referred you, your general device, browser, and screen size, and your approximate location (city, state, or country). This information is used only in aggregate to improve the site.
